Remember, when living Life By Design, it’s not just your body that has requirements. Eating by design and Moving by design will still leave you short of all the requirements you need.Your mind also has requirements.

In fact, your mind’s requirement is the single most important thing in the quality of your life.

What is the difference?

In a country as wonderful as the U.S., what is the difference between the self-made millionaire and the homeless on the street?

You can make an argument that it was opportunity, money, technology or luck. But all those things are resources.

The difference is not resources; it is resource-FULLNESS.

Think of the last time you faced a challenge that you had to solve. Failure was not an option because the stakes were too high.

Think of the way you handled all the challenges and how you were able to find and use resources that you never even knew you had.

What if you were just like that all the time?

What if you were able to master your head space and goal setting so that you were in a constant state of achievement?

What if you could switch your mind set in order to focus on your wins and successes and to not keep thinking about your failures and mishaps?

Do you think your life would be different?

Do you think you could do more, feel better, and have higher self-esteem?

Do you think you would like to experience more success and have more fun in your life?

Of course, the answer is yes.

So when life drags you down and you’ve lost your motivation to conquer day…

…remember, the good news is that motivation can be cultivated.
